Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses or using services provided by Lotus365 Academy (UDYAM-MP-23-0267960), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

• Students must meet eligibility criteria for their chosen course
• Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment
• Course schedules and curriculum may be updated without prior notice
• Minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory for course completion

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

• Full payment required at time of enrollment or as per EMI plan
• EMI options available with 0% interest
• All fees are non-transferable

Refund Policy:

• 100% refund if canceled within 7 days of enrollment
• 50% refund if canceled within 15 days
• No refund after 15 days of enrollment
• Refund processing time: 15-30 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and complete assignments
• Respect institute property and fellow students
• Follow code of conduct and discipline
• Not to engage in any unlawful activities on campus
• Provide accurate information during enrollment

5. Placement Assistance

While we provide 100% placement assistance, we do not guarantee job placement. Placement depends on individual performance, market conditions, and company requirements. We facilitate interviews and provide necessary support throughout the placement process.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by Lotus365 Academy are our intellectual property. Students may use these materials for personal learning only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

7. Communication Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Lotus365 Academy to contact you via SMS, RCS, phone calls, email, and WhatsApp for course updates, placement opportunities, and promotional offers.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for:

• Violation of code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Misconduct or inappropriate behavior
• Providing false information

9. Limitation of Liability

Lotus365 Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the student.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
